DS 200 - Introduction to Data Science

This project-based course introduces students to data science. Data science is an interdisciplinary field that applies computer science and statistics to extract useful knowledge from data collected in an almost unlimited range of other disciplines, including business, biology, physics, medicine, meteorology, and many others. In this course, students will apply tools such as k-nearest neighbors, regression, neural networks, and clustering to real data. *Prerequisite(s): CS 122 and MA 121.
