CS 3100 - Introduction to e-Commerce

Credits: 3.00 credits.
This course includes a study of the history, architecture, and functionality of the Internet and the World Wide Web including the effects of e-commerce on the way business transactions now occur. This is followed by an in-depth study of web site design including comprehensive coverage of HTML (Hyper-Text Markup Language) and the establishment of an interactive database driven website for conducting secure and reliable e-commerce transactions.
