Family Business Governance and Succession Planning tackles some of the most important issues faced by family companies. The continuity, renewal, and growth of a family business depends on the professionalization of its family business practices. This is an advanced family business course, which addresses topics such as: navigating generational differences, succession planning, family governance, boards of directors and advisors, family constitution, and inter-generational leadership development.
