ESC 340 - Fitness Testing and Exercise Prescription

3.00 credits.
Students will gain the knowledge and skills to choose, implement and interpret various tests of physical fitness tests, and to use the findings of those tests to create safe, effective and personalized exercise and activity programs for clients from varied populations. *Prerequisite(s): ESC 320  and ESC 321 . *Corequisite(s): ESC 341 .
