ESC 380 - Organization and Management of Fitness Facilities

3.00 credits.
Students examine the health-fitness specialist’s role in facility administration and program management. Students will discuss the role of the health and fitness administrator and learn how to conduct health promotion programming, evaluation and marketing strategies, equipment maintenance and legal implications of documented health screening, and safety procedures. *Prerequisite(s): ESC 320  and ESC 321 .
