HON H305 - HNR Leadership Theory and Practice4.00 credits. A capstone experience in the Honors Program, this course examines a wide variety of both theory and examples of leadership. Students will identify what types of leadership skills they have and wish to develop through self-assessment and reflection. Students will implement a variety of leadership practices and skills through planning and implementing group service or other types of projects in the community and on campus. Required of all honors program students. *Prerequisite(s): 16 credits of honors courses and preferably junior status. Signature Learning Experience: Community-Based Learning. Honors students only.
