Master of Education in Special Education (M.Ed.)Designed for working, in-service teachers, the online Master of Education in Special Education affords candidates a complex understanding of educational theory, an awareness and adherence to professional ethics, a commitment to professional development, and the ability to establish and maintain an equitable and purposeful learning environment for all students. Candidates may select from either K-8 or 7-12 certification for the state of Pennsylvania. The program capstone is a six-week internship in special education.
