Healthcare Administration Minor

Student Learning Outcomes:

Students will be able to

  • discuss the roles and functions of healthcare administration.
  • explain the theory and skills of healthcare management and leadership in healthcare.
  • identify the role quality management plays in healthcare.
  • discuss how ethics and the law impact decision-making and practice.
  • examine two of the following in-depth related to healthcare: marketing, information systems, epidemiology, health insurance, or current issues.
