BIO 352 - Developmental Biology3.00 credits. A study of how differential gene expression, physical properties of cells, and signaling between cells contribute to development from a fertilized egg into a complex adult animal. Changes in development underlying evolutionary changes in animal form and effects of pollutants and other environmental factors on development are discussed. *Prerequisite(s): BIO 211 . Hours: 3. Fall semester, alternate years.
