PSY 402 - History and Systems of Psychology

A study of Psychology’s history and its major systems, including structuralism, functionalism, behaviorism, gestalt psychology and psychoanalysis. Attention will also be given to examining Psychology as a science, the history of Psychology’s popularization, and criteria for evaluating the quality of research in Psychology. Capstone course for Psychology majors. *Prerequisite(s): PSY 105 and senior status. Signature Learning Experience: Capstone Experience. Offered annually.
