MSE 542 - Effective Instruction for Students with PDD and/or ED4.00 credits. This course is designed to prepare teachers to support the participation and education of students with Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD) or Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) in the PK-12 setting. Emphasis is on the diagnostic criteria, methods of identification, and best practices in intervention and support according to current research. Field experience is required. *Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Graduate Education Program is required. *Corequisite(s): MSE 544 , MSE 565 , and MSE 542L. Register by Instructor.
