3.00 credits. This class will build on the foundational programming courses and allow the student to apply the computer science concepts to the visual programming environment. The concepts of good visual design and the event-driven model will be learned through hands-on experience. These concepts will be explored through the development of rich and extensive web pages created using the C# programming language and the .NET Framework. In-class examples, book samples, and assignments will provide a comprehensive view of these concepts. COM 1650 Introduction to Web Design recommended for students without HTML and CSS experience.
