SPT 530 - Leadership and Excellence in Sports

3.00 credits.
This course will explore how to bring out the best in yourself and others to drive team performance. Students will develop an understanding of strategic management and apply elements, such as decision-making, implementation, listening, learning, change management and strategy execution, to impact outcomes.
