Learners will analyze controversial issues and differing perspectives to develop understanding of the issues faced by policy makers, healthcare providers, management and citizens. Prerequisite(s): HCA 3100 - Healthcare Ethics, HCA 3310 - Healthcare Law and HCA 3800 - Healthcare Insurance Policy and Management.
