MSL 550 - Organizational Design and Development 3.00 credits. This course examines how business organizations are structured, and the impact of strategy and process in business design. Learners will be involved in process changes and examine how change is managed. Three key business components are analyzed: 1) organizational design and business models, 2) process/product design through continuous improvements and re-engineering, and 3) the role of organizational development and change management as critical efforts to ensure organizational success.
