FBE 540 - Governance, Succession, and Ownership

This course offers the opportunity to study advanced family business topics such as the specific processes associated with governance, succession planning, and wealth management. It explores areas such as navigating generational differences, succession challenges, family dynamics, boards of directors and boards of advisors, family constitution/charter, family office, and inter-generational leadership development, among others. A project on introducing a board of directors/board of advisors or crafting a succession plan will be developed.
