MED 590 - Educational Leadership Capstone

This is the culminating course designed to synthesize and apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the educational leadership program. Students will engage in comprehensive research, strategic planning, and the execution of an educational leadership project that addresses a real-world challenge or opportunity within an educational organization. This capstone experience aims to prepare future educational leaders for effective decision-making, problem-solving, and transformational leadership in the field of education.
