PSY 310 - Intelligence and Creativity4.00 credits. A critical examination of issues in the study of intelligence and creativity, including multiple intelligences, bias in IQ testing, the Flynn effect, intelligence and aging, creativity measurement, the role of motivation in creativity, and the relationship between creativity and mental illness. Students will debate controversial issues in the field. *Prerequisite(s): PSY 105 and junior status, or permission of the instructor. Offered annually.
