NEU 320 - Behavioral Neuroscience4.00 credits. In this course, students will be introduced to some common animal models and experimental techniques in the field of behavioral neuroscience. In each of three experiments, students will pharmacologically manipulate the behavior of rodent subjects. Each student will be responsible, to some degree, for the basic care and experimental contributions of a single rat. Data from all subjects will be pooled and analyzed. Students will write up each experiment in an APA-style manuscript. *Prerequisite(s): NEU 125 and junior status or greater, or permission of instructor. Spring semester.
