HON 210 - HNR Rethinking Leadership: Creativity, Collaboration, and Social Change

In this course, students not only learn about leadership but also gain leadership experience. Leadership is presented not as a quality of an individual but rather as a process of interacting with a community to create positive social change. Students will learn and practice strategies to navigate complex issues, engage in constructive conflict, overcome polarization, and take the perspectives of others. They will develop their capacities for creativity and collaboration through a social change project. Summer semester.
