SPT 520 - Sports Program Resource Management

3.00 credits.
This course provides an overview of management of resources and administration pertaining to all levels of athletics. Focuses on basic theories of management and administration in athletic organizations. Addresses planning, scheduling, and financing aspects required to run a successful athletics program. Students develop communication and management skills with an emphasis placed on decision making.
